Campuses Useful for organizations creating a stronger cycling culture.
Delhi NCR Current operating focus, with room to grow carefully.
Why It Exists

Bicycle events are growing, but parking often feels like an afterthought.

For many rides, races, and active venues, the cycling experience improves dramatically when arrival is handled properly. BikeValet exists to make that arrival feel calm, clear, and well considered rather than improvised.

What Makes It Different

It’s not just parking. It’s managed arrival.

BikeValet is about the overall experience around bicycle drop-off, holding, and retrieval. That makes it useful not only as a functional service, but also as part of a venue, event, or community’s quality of presentation.

How We Think

A better rider experience comes from thoughtful handling, not extra clutter.

BikeValet works best when the parking zone feels visible, attended, easy to understand, and aligned with the quality of the event or destination itself.

Clear arrival point

Riders should know exactly where to go the moment they reach the site.

Orderly holding flow

Bikes should be received and arranged in a way that feels controlled rather than makeshift.

Smooth retrieval

Collection should feel just as deliberate as drop-off, especially when many riders leave together.

Who it’s for

  • Ride organizers and cycling communities
  • Corporate campuses and wellness-led workplaces
  • Hotels, clubs, and destination venues
  • Brands or event teams building a better rider experience

What it helps solve

  • Unmanaged cycle parking at entrances
  • Cluttered or confusing event arrival
  • A lack of dedicated bicycle hospitality
  • Missed opportunities to support cycle-first attendance
Our Team

Built by people who care about operations, movement, and making rider arrival feel effortless.

BikeValet is led by Akshay Mehta, who brings over a decade of experience in logistics and project management, along with a Bachelor of Science and diplomas in Operations Management and Agile Development from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. That mix of operational discipline and systems thinking helps shape BikeValet into a service that feels smooth on the ground, not just good in theory.

Outside of work, Akshay enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with his family, which keeps the brand closely connected to the kind of active, human experiences BikeValet is designed to support.

Next Step

If you’re planning something that expects riders, BikeValet can help shape the arrival experience.

The best next step is a short inquiry with your event, venue, or campus details so the right operating format can be suggested.
